Every Soothera product comes with a free 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship.

• Malfunctions that occur during normal, intended use.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Your order number.

2. A description of the issue.

3. Photos or videos, if possible.

Our support team will review your claim and, if approved, will arrange for a repair, replacement, or equivalent solution at no cost to you.

Exclusions
This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Soothera.store. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or resellers may not be covered.
